Jennymac is excited to offer FREE shipping on all US orders!! Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail.

We are currently not shipping to international addresses but we are working on it!! Please check back often or sign up for our newsletter so we can update you on all our of exciting developments.

Sales tax may be applicable on orders shipped to addresses in certain states and cities. You will receive full details of all the applicable taxes and notification of the total amount before you finalize your online order.

Please ensure that the item is returned in new condition within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 30 day period are only eligible for a store credit. If you would like to make a return please email us for a return authorization at: returns@jennymac.com

You’ll need a return authorization in order for us to process your return. Please pack your returns in the original box and send them back to us with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS).  We recommend you retain your receipt. Please include a note with your name, invoice number and your return authorization.  We’ll do our best to process your return in a timely manner.

We will repair any design purchased through jennymac.com. We may not be able to repair older pieces if components needed to repair them are unavailable, but we’ll do our best to take care of you!

We want your Jennymac jewelry to last a lifetime, so here are a few tips for keeping it looking like new!

The metal in Jennymac gold filled pieces may darken or tarnish with normal wear. We recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth.

Remove jewelry when doing household tasks such as gardening, cleaning, household repairs or other strenuous activities.

Apply make-up and hair spray before putting on your jewelry. Make-up, perfume and hair spray contain chemicals that may affect your jewelry.

Always store necklaces and bracelets flat so they don’t stretch out over time.
